With loving devotion Karim works on wooden objects in his atelier Houtzaagmolen De Ster, which happens to be an ancient saw mill. Karim does not consider himself as a creator, but rather a discoverer of existing forms and structures. He does not want to impose a specific meaning, but just passes on what the earth already offers. He invites you to play freely with the objects, feel the shapes, arrange them as you please. Give your own DRAAJ (twist) to them.
